These Are the 5 Healthy Snacks Kim Kardashian Always Keeps in Her Fridge

Kim Kardashian West has been sticking to the Atkins 40 diet to reach her post-baby goal weight of 120 lbs., which means stocking her fridge with healthy food and drinks.
“When it comes to what’s in my fridge, I always try and keep it fresh, simple and clean,” the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 35, shared on her website and app. “I’m really dedicated to my Atkins diet right now so it’s all about staying healthy and lean,” she says.



The reality star always has very specific items in her refrigerator that “are great for snacking and keeping me energized throughout the day.”
So what’s always in her fridge?
“I am literally obsessed with Snapple’s Diet Peach Tea,” says Kardashian West. “It’s so refreshing and perfect during this hot summer!”
She’s also a fan of Organic Prairie Turkey Breast. “Sliced turkey is one of my fave snacks to keep in the fridge because it’s a great source of lean protein,” says the mom-of-two.
Kardashian West also likes to snack on string cheese. “String cheese is one of my all-time fave healthy snacks, since it is filled with protein and calcium,” she says. “I love to eat it with sliced turkey. It’s also the perfect on-the-go snack!”
And while her sister Khloé has shunned charcoal-infused juice, Kardashian West lovesPressed Juicery’s Activated Charcoal Lemonade.
“I’m not super into the whole ‘juicing’ craze, but Pressed Juicery’s fresh drinks taste amazing and make the perfect snack!” she says. “I’m currently into the Charcoal Lemonade, which is rich in vitamin C. I swear, when I drink it, I feel cleansed and energized throughout the day.”
Kardashian West’s final fridge essential is her daily Bio-K Probiotic. “I love that it keeps both my digestive and immune system balanced!,” she says.
