French Olympics walker Yohann Diniz is leading the marathon race-walk, but suffered an embarrassing stomach and collapsed in the 50Km race.

The French man has complained earlier before the race of a bad stomach upset, 45 mins into the race camera's picked up on him a brown stuff running down the back of the athletes leg.
