For Saying ‘AIDS IS A BISEXUAL DISEASE’, Christopher Biggins Was Evicted From Celebrity Big Brother

For Saying 'AIDS IS A BISEXUAL DISEASE', Christopher Biggins Was Evicted From Celebrity Big Brother
English actor and television presenter, Christopher Biggins, was booted out of the Celebrity Big Brother (CBB) house last week after his upsetting views on bisexuality and AIDS.
The Sun Online gathered that in scenes aired during Friday’s show, Biggins described ‘AIDS as a bisexual disease’.

That comment was the final straw for officials of the CBB – after he had earlier made a highly offensive Nazi joke in front of Jewish housemate Katie Waissel.
During the show he told Renee:
“Gays had been really badly treated for so long. Then came a period where they were respected.
“But suddenly, a killer disease then came along which was attributed to homosexuals – but it was actually a bisexual disease.
“What the government didn’t realise is that there were bisexuals out there who were having sex with those people.
“They then brought it back to their families over here and in America. That’s how it became a worldwide disease. Whoever investigated AIDS f***ked up big time.”
Hours later it was discovered he had lost his place in the house.
Speaking on the decision to evict him a CBB spokesperson said:
“Big Brother has taken the decision to remove Christopher Biggins from the Celebrity Big Brother house.
“Since entering Big Brother, he has made a number of comments capable of causing great offence to housemates and the viewing public.
“Big Brother does not tolerate offensive language capable of causing widespread offence. “Christopher Biggins has left the house.”
Meanwhile, the entertainment legend who was scheduled to make an apology live on air today, August 8, 2016 pulled out of it.
A tweet by This Morning’s official account read:
“Unfortunately, @onebiggins can no longer join us in the studio, but he has given us a special message which we will read out on today’s show.”
In the message read out by This Morning’s showbiz correspondent Rylan Clark, Christopher said:
“Once again I wanted to say how very sorry and shocked I am about what’s happened.
“I’ve been so moved by some of the amazing and kind support I’ve been getting since being removed from the Big Brother house. Thank you.
“For now I’m taking some time out to be with loved ones, I hope you all understand. Love Biggins.”
