Bookies favourite, Stephen Bear, has been crowned the champion of Celebrity Big Brother 2016.

The controversialist and house troublemaker defeated Renee Graziano, Aubrey O’Day, Marnie Simpson, Ricky Norwood and Frankie Grande and couldn’t hide his joy when the host Emma Willis delivered the result.

Ricky came in 2nd, Renee came 3rd, Marnie came 4th, Aubrey came 5th and Frankie came 6th.

Clad in a pink beach shirt with tinsel wrapped around his neck and matching silver hair, Bear ran around the living area screaming to the crowd: “Told ya!”

During his exit speech, Bear told Willis that he knew he would win after being put up for every nomination during his time in the house.

He said: ‘When you believe you’re gonna win something you always win. If I come in with the mindset I’m gonna win, I’ve already won.’

It was gathered that not everyone was pleased with the result as the Ex On The Beach star was also met by a chorus of disapproval.

Unsurprisingly, as a number of the viewers reacted with censure, others thought it was well-deserved.
