See how Rick Ross shows off weightloss in Men's Health Magazine


Rick Ross is living a healthier lifestyle for 2016, and his new diet is full of organic dishes, but he treats himself to a few Wingstop bites without going overboard.
In an interview with GO, the Miami native detailed his daily eating regimen, which consists of grass-fed lamb loin chops, cauliflower roasted with sriracha flavoring, kale casserole, and of course, can’t forget about the Asian pears accented with cinnamon, honey, and mint. “I love pears. A few years ago, Ross coined the term #RossFit, and showcased his weight-lifting techniques, and even broke it down in a video for CrossFit as well.
Rapper Rick Ross showed off his weightloss in the August issue of Men's Health magazine. In the issue, he explained how he managed to lose nearly 70 pounds by eating right and exercising. Rick Ross has so far lost over 100 pounds since he started his weight loss journey in 2011 after having two consecutive seizures...
