Save The Date: Hard Rock Cafe Lagos Welcomes Jidenna ‘The Classic Man’ To Nigeria (01.09.2016)

Hard Rock Cafe is set to host Lagos to the most exciting music event of the year as it welcomes Nigerian-American singer, Jidenna for his forthcoming debut album launch, “Long Live The Chief”.

The swank king, popularly known for his hit song,‘Classic Man’, will be visiting Lagos, Nigeria for an exclusive album launch party which will take place on the 1st, September 2016 at the music hub of Nigeria.

Popularly known as the ‘Classic Man’, the Nigerian Igbo-American was born to Oliver Mobisson and Tama Mobisson. Named Jidenna Theodore Mobisson and signed to Janelle Monae’s Wondaland Records.

His popularity rose in 2015 after his two singles ‘Classic Man’ and ‘Yoga’from the EP The Eephus – a compilation by the record label, Wondaland Records. Unknown to some, the singer, songwriter, rapper, producer in some measure grew up in Enugu where his father was a professor of Computer Science at Enugu State University. 

The Chief, has come back home to pay homage.
