Nigeria's representative Michael Amilo at the ongoing Mr World 2016 contest in Southport, UK joined 46 other contestants for a grueling sand dune run.
It was another amazing day for the Mr. World Contestants in England as the excitement builds up to the finale.
The contestants visited the Formby Hall Golf Club where they were instructed by golf professionals at the driving range. Later on in the day it was time to head on to the start of the Extreme Challenge; a grueling 5km sand dune run that the contestants completed in heats.
The main event will be holding next week Tuesday the 19th at the Southport Theatre Convention Centre in England.
